PredX is designed to empower creators by providing them with the tools and incentives to build engaging and interactive events. The PredX De Event Creation Contest is your gateway to showcasing your creativity and earning rewards based on the trading volume of your events. Here’s everything you need to know to get started.

Incentive mechanism

1. Single Event Earnings Calculation:

• Each event creator can earn revenue from their events.
• The earnings calculation formula is: Single Event Earnings = 0.25% * Total Trading Volume + 5% * Total Market Value of the Losing Side
• For example: If the total trading volume of your event is $200,000 USDC and the losing side’s total market value is $60,000 USDC, then your earnings would be: 0.25% * $200,000 + 5% * $60,000 = $500 + $3,000 = $3,500 USDC

2. Creation Contest Reward (for Season 0):

• The top five event creators will be rewarded based on the total trading volume of their events.
• The rewards distribution is as follows:
• 1st Place: $100 USD + 300 points
• 2nd Place: $75 USD + 250 points
• 3rd Place: $50 USD + 200 points
• 4th Place: $40 USD + 150 points
• 5th Place: $35 USD + 100 points

3. Prize Pool Increase (for Season 0):

• If the number of event creators exceeds 300, the prize pool increases by $50 USD for every additional 50 creators.
• The additional prize will be distributed proportionally among the top five winners, with the following split:
• 1st Place: 40%
• 2nd Place: 25%
• 3rd Place: 15%
• 4th Place: 10%
• 5th Place: 10%

Steps to be an Elegant Creator

Step 1: Create your event

Approach 1: Create by yourself

1. Click the “Create an Event” button on the Home Page.
2. Finish the Event Information Form.

Note the choice of classification and language (Here is the category List)

How to upload the Image URL
There are times when directly copying the url of an online image will cause the image preview to not load, this is because the url of the image may have been encrypted. We recommend that you copy the image and upload it to this URL https://imgbb.com/, then choose the direct (source) link to copy the url, which will ensure that the image can be displayed properly.

Approach 2: Create with AI

1. Navigate to the “Made by AI” Page via the AI button on the left bar
2. Approve or Reject Proposals
3. Approved proposals require the completion of an Event Information Form

Step 2: Track the Process

1. Go to Profile Page via the “Mine” button in the upper right corner.
2. Click the event you would like to view.
3. Check and manage your event (Promote the Event, Overview the Event Volume, rank, and profits, Edit Event Information and Delete the Event)
4. Note that, before the event ends, the “Total Earnings” will only show the data of commission fees, the profits from the losing side will be settled along with the event itself.

Step 3: Set the outcome

1. Search the event on the home page.
2. Click the event that you created and go to the event page.
3. Choose outcome of the event and submit.

Note that our events DO NOT settle rewards directly after you set up your results, but instead wait for a period of time (usually a day or so) for the community to confirm that your results are set up correctly!

Final step: after the event ended and the reward has been settled, check your wallet to make sure your event creation bonus has arrived!

Event Creation Guidelines and Agreement

Important Notice for Event Creators

Dear Event Creator,

Thank you for your interest in creating events on our platform. To ensure a high-quality and compliant environment, please carefully read and adhere to the following guidelines before proceeding:

1. Event Outcome Timeline:

The result of the event must be able to be determined within two weeks and before the outcome occurs.

The event’s deadline must be set at least 12 hours before the event happens. This helps prevent arbitrage trading due to early event closure.

2. Event Outcome:

You must set the outcome, that is “Yes” or “No”, of your event within 12 hours after the outcome actually happened.

The outcome of an event should be conform to objective facts and can be clearly judged as Yes or No.

You must be honest with the event outcome.

3. Image Guidelines:

Do not upload prohibited images, including but not limited to:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Violent or graphic content
• Hate speech or discriminatory images
• Images promoting illegal activities

Ensure that all images are relevant to the event and clearly depict the subject matter.

4. Event Categorization and Language:

Select the appropriate category and language for your event.

Double-check your selections to ensure accuracy and relevance.

5. Responsibility and Compliance:

As an event creator, you are responsible for the content of each event you create.

Any event that violates our community guidelines or standards will result in the removal of the event and the possible revocation of your event creation privileges.
